The Need-to-Know Before You Go

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we ask that all guests follow posted “Residents Only” signs and stay on primary roadways to 885 South Main Street. Respecting our surrounding neighborhoods helps us keep traffic flowing and ensures a great experience for everyone.

If you’re dropping off friends, family, or rideshare passengers, please use the designated drop-off area inside the venue property. Dropping off along the highway is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited—your safety comes first.

Getting a large crowd safely through our entry gates takes time. Please do not wait until show time as you will risk missing part of the concert.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open a couple hours before the scheduled gate time. Check out social media for exact times as they vary per show. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

All oversized vehicles are required to purchase parking.

No overnight camping or parking is permitted.

Nothing in tow.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Find them in our Rideshare Pickup location next to Lot 1. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, drivers need to be back in the lot by 9:30PM—you won’t be able to enter otherwise since the entrance lanes switch to exit lanes.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

MOBILE ENTRY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to our guest services booth by the main entrance and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office at the Xfinity Center is only open on show days beginning at 1pm and will close at approximately the start of the show as determined by the artist.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths near both the Woodside and Lotside pavilion entrances. For some events, you’ll find extra booths will be located throughout the venue.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
